Chris is an experienced IEMA accredited consultant who has a background in construction industry practices. Chris is responsible for conducting a full range of environmental audits (compliance, divestiture and pre-acquisition) and overseeing various Phase II intrusive investigations.
Sue Highmore, Property Consultant

Sue has 30 years experience as a commercial real estate lawyer, specialising in development work, major landlord and tenant projects and portfolio acquisition for overseas investors. As Counsel, she was the head PSL within Commercial Real Estate at Linklaters. Now working as an editor on special projects for PLC Property, Sue has joined Argyll as their Property Consultant. She also writes for Estates Gazette, New Law Journal and Landlord & Tenant Review.
