Phase II Site Investigation
Our Phase II Site Investigations are detailed phased surveys of sites including large industrial facilities, ranging from single site to whole portfolio management. They examine the nature and extent of ground contamination present on a site, identify issues which exceed a material liability threshold and advise on any necessary capital expenditure, such as remediation or improvements in environmental management in order to reduce risk to an acceptable level.
Argyll's qualified environmental consultants will collect a range of soil, groundwater and gas/vapour samples for analysis and testing. This enables the identification of unacceptable risk and any liabilities which may result in constraints to continued use or redevelopment of a site by assessing impacts on human health, controlled waters, building/services and designated ecological receptors.
