Our Terms and Conditions have been carefully designed with the client in mind.

Our SITESOLUTIONS and FLOODSOLUTIONS Desktop reports, including SITESOLUTIONS Europa report are governed by Argyll Environmental Terms and Conditions 3.2.

These conditions apply to all reports ordered by a UK firm.

The SITESOLUTIONS Commercieel report for the Netherlands is available for Dutch firms, for whom specific terms and conditions apply.

Our Consultancy Services are governed by our Consultancy Terms and Conditions. They apply to additional services, such as Bespoke Data Reviews, Bespoke Desktop Reviews, Bespoke Site Investigations, Phase I Environmental Assessments, Phase II Intrusive Surveys and Contaminated Land Management.
